This cake was for my friend Jen who was hosting a Baby Shower for her BFF. I made the cake to match the invitation. The cupcakes are chocolate and white cake (colored pink). The topper is 5 layers of chocolate, white and red velvet with pink vanilla icing, covered in fondant. The "birds" are made out of gumpaste.
This was the pattern on the invitation!

Such a pretty cake - the birds are so pretty and you copied the Invitation very well.

Thanks Maxine :-) I made a copy of the birds from the invitation and then made a template out of card stock. I used an Exacto knife to cut them out.
